Return Policy

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have simply changed your mind about the purchase, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of the goods and receive a refund.

Return Order

You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your return has been correctly received and checked by us at the specified address.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, after the receiving of the returned products. The costs for the return shipping is your responsibility.

Please note that you are responsible for the damage or loss of the returned goods, until we have received them. We will only refund products that have not been worn, are undamaged, with labels and in resealable condition. :)

Right of Withdrawal.

As long as the goods are your property, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.

In the case of returns due to your change of opinion (right of withdrawal) and within fourteen (14) calendar days, you will receive the full refund, when we recieve the returned items. The costs for the return shipping is your responsibility.

You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving a reason.

We do not accept any right of return for custom-made goods.

Wrong Address.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
If you provide the wrong address or do not claim your item from the local post office, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Size policy.

We ask our customers to check the size of their garments before ordering by comparing the size of an already owned similar or same garment and carefully comparing it to the size provided by No.Reason.Limited. If the size is ordered incorrectly from the consumer's side then there is no return policy as yet. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are non-refundable. If however you do wish to exchange your garment for another size you may try to contact us but only within 3 days of receiving the item, there is a possibility ONLY for special cases. Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore No.Reason.Limited reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
